Terms of Use
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Pounce at pouncetrade.xyz (the "Interface"), operated by the Pounce team ("Pounce", "we"). By using the Interface you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.
1. What Pounce is
Pounce is a web interface that shows data about tokens launched on NEAR Protocol and prepares transactions that you can sign with your own wallet to trade them on third-party protocols (for example Rhea Finance and token launchpads such as nearly.trade and Shards).
- Pounce is non-custodial. We never hold your funds or your keys, and we cannot move assets on your behalf.
- Every trade is a transaction you review and sign in your wallet. Once confirmed on-chain it cannot be reversed by us.
- We do not operate the pools, launchpads or token contracts you trade with, and we don't list, issue, endorse or vet tokens.
2. Not advice
Nothing on the Interface is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any token. Rankings, columns, filters and labels describe on-chain activity; they are not opinions about a token's value.
3. Pounce Check
Pounce Check summarises public on-chain data (holder balances, early trades, launchpad settings) into a verdict such as Clean, Caution or Risky. It is an automated signal that can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. A Clean verdict does not mean a token is safe, and it is not a guarantee against loss, manipulation or fraud. Always do your own research.
4. Fees
- Pounce charges a fee of 1% on each trade made through the Interface, shown before you sign.
- Network fees, pool fees and any token taxes set by a token's creator are charged by those parties and are separate from the Pounce fee.
- If a trade fails on-chain after the Pounce fee was transferred (for example because the price moved beyond your slippage), we refund that fee to the signing wallet, normally within 24 hours.
- Fees may change; the fee that applies is the one shown when you sign.
5. Your responsibilities
- You are at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms.
- You are not a person or entity subject to sanctions, and you are not located in or resident of a jurisdiction where using the Interface or trading these assets is prohibited.
- You are responsible for your wallet, keys, transactions and for any taxes on your trading.
- You won't use the Interface to break the law, manipulate markets, attack or overload the service, or interfere with other users.
6. Risks
Trading newly launched tokens is extremely risky and you can lose everything you put in. Read the risk disclosure before trading.
7. Third parties
The Interface relies on third-party wallets, blockchains, protocols, routers and data providers. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy, security or terms. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only.
8. Availability and changes
The Interface is provided "as is" and "as available". Data may be delayed or inaccurate, and features may change, be limited in some regions, or stop at any time. We may update these terms; continuing to use the Interface after an update means you accept it.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for losses of funds, profits or data, arising from your use of the Interface, third-party protocols or tokens, failed or delayed transactions, or reliance on any data or label shown. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the Pounce fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of Pounce is established. Questions: @pouncetrade on X (x.com/pouncetrade).
