Getting started
Connect a NEAR wallet, pick a token, pounce.
1. Connect a wallet
Click Connect in the top right and choose your NEAR wallet (HOT, Meteor, Intear, MyNearWallet, OKX, Nightly, NEAR Mobile or WalletConnect). Pounce only reads your account ID; it never asks for keys or seed phrases.
You need NEAR in that wallet to trade. Trading with other coins (SOL, ETH, BTC, USDC) is planned for a later phase.
2. Find a token
Use Spot for fresh launches, Trending for what is moving, or search by name or contract with /. Open a token to see its chart, trades, holders and Pounce Check.
3. Buy
- Enter an amount in NEAR or pick a preset (0.5 / 1 / 5 / 10).
- Check You get ≈, slippage and the 1% Pounce fee, then click Pounce.
- Your wallet shows one signature: it wraps NEAR, sends the 1% fee and swaps. If you hold no storage on that token yet, a tiny registration (~0.00125 NEAR) is added.
4. Sell
- Switch to Sell and choose 25 / 50 / 75 / 100% of your bag, or sell from Bag.
- Two signatures: the swap, then the 1% fee and unwrapping to NEAR. Anything received above the guaranteed minimum stays as wNEAR; unwrap it from Bag.
Quick buy ⚡
Set an amount in Quick buy in the header. Every ⚡ button on Spot and Trending then buys that amount with a single click: one wallet signature, no extra confirmation step.
Slippage
Default is 1%. Change it under the trade button (1 / 3 / 5 / 10% or custom, 0.1–50%). New tokens move fast: higher slippage fills more often but can cost more. If a swap doesn't fill, nothing is swapped and the Pounce fee is refunded (see Fees).
